Each WSF Annual Report is a comprehensive document that reflects our commitment to transparency and good stewardship. It includes three main areas:
Donor Acknowledgment
We gratefully recognize all individuals, families, and organizations who contributed to WSF during the school year. Donors are listed by giving level, and we make every effort to acknowledge every gift received. Program Impact
The annual report describes how WSF funds were put to work in the classroom and beyond. This includes detail on all programs supported — from art and music to science, language instruction, outdoor education, and more. We share the story of how your generosity translates into real educational opportunities for Woodside students.
Financial Summary
WSF provides a summary of the Foundation's finances for the year, including total funds raised, major revenue sources (Annual Fund, Grand Auction, Community Partners), and total funds granted to the school. This summary gives our community confidence that donations are being managed responsibly and directed toward their intended purpose.
