Ways to Give

1. Online

The fastest and easiest way to give is through our secure online donor portal. We accept all major credit cards, and your gift is processed immediately.

2. By Check

Make your check payable to Woodside School Foundation and mail to:

Checks may also be dropped off in person at the main school office or the Foundation office in Room 39C.

3. Zelle

We accept donations via Zelle. Please contact the WSF office at wsf@woodsideschool.us for Zelle payment instructions and assistance.

4. Pledge

You can commit your gift now and fulfill your pledge at any time before the March 1 deadline. Pledging allows you to count toward the school's 100% participation goal right away. Contact us to make a pledge or fill out a pledge card at the school office.

5. Direct Securities Transfer

Donating appreciated stock or securities directly to WSF may allow you to avoid capital gains tax while receiving a deduction for the full fair market value. Transfer securities through:

  • Brokerage: Charles Schwab
  • DTC #: 0164
  • Account #: 8105-3374

Please notify us at wsf@woodsideschool.us when initiating a transfer so we can properly acknowledge your gift.

6. Corporate Matching

Many employers will match charitable contributions made by their employees, doubling — or even tripling — the impact of your gift. Check with your HR department to see if your employer participates in a matching gift program.

Past matching companies include Adobe, Google, Cisco, Intel, and many others. Ask your employer today — it costs you nothing and can significantly increase your donation's impact.

7. Donor Advised Funds (DAFs)

If you give through a Donor Advised Fund, you can recommend a grant directly to WSF. Contact your DAF provider and reference our EIN: 94-2928552. Common DAF providers include Fidelity Charitable, Schwab Charitable, and Vanguard Charitable.

8. In Person

You are welcome to bring a gift in person during school hours to either of the following locations:

  • Main school office
  • Foundation office, Room 39C
